Sengoku Monogatari - Morihiro Hosokawa (Japan Postwar Alternate Leader)

Description
Adds Hosokawa Morihiro, 50th Prime Minister of Japan, as an alternate leader for Japan. Part of Sengoku Monogatari (despite the obvious).

Should be compatible with both R&F and vanilla. Features YNAMP TSL in Tokyo.

Morihiro Hosokawa - The Eight Party Coalition
Each City-State that you are the Suzerain of provides one influence point towards earning additional Envoys. This is increased to two influence points if any third-tier government civic has been researched.

Agenda: The America Report
Does not tend to form alliances with other civs. Seeks to gain the support of as many City-States as possible.

Aww, thanks! Yeah it hasn't been updated for Gathering Storm, there are people reporting problems with the other civs' GS updates that I have no clue how to solve, so I'm not sure what to do honestly.

I wanted to let you know that this is my favorite civilization that I have ever played as. However I cannot seem to select this civilization when trying to use the Gathering Storm ruleset. I can however select it when using the Rise and Fall ruleset.

Thanks! Sorry, but no... Abe spends his time inventing new problems while shamefully ignoring Japan's existing ones. I did make another modern Japan (under Tanaka Kakuei) for Civ 5 recently though!
