Mod contains:
-Finland's own custom focus tree (which contains 70+ focuses)
-3 new states
-Few new divisions
-2 new generals (including Mannerheim)
-3 new cities
-and other adjustments

The game is crashing upon some navy movement I also notice some city doubles like two Madrids and such and some duplicates in other countries.
