Multiplayer Fixes Mod

Hello there! Its 3PSQWERTY back with another gameplay mod! Recently, I was watching an Heir of Carthage video where he discussed what was wrong with the game. Essentially the problems are how OP gun cav is. They are too acurate, too big, and too powerful. So this mod fixes that. It nerfs the accuracy, size and raises the cost of mounted gunners, carbine cavalry, and revolver cavalry. Not too much that they become underpowered, but just enough so they don't dictate the game's outcome. ALSO, BOWS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE AND THEIR ARROWS FLY TOO SLOW! so, the cost of all bow units has been slightly decreased and their arrow speed has been increased. Now they can actually shoot cavalry! THIS IS MULTIPLAYER DESIGNED! This mod rebalances the game in my depiction and may not be historically accurate, but its fun for all!
