Grumman G44 Widgeon

Description
This amphibious aircraft (a.k.a seaplane) is supposed to mimick the Grumman G44 Widgeon built in 1940. This aircraft might lack different features that the real deal would contain. But it is still functional and can land, as well as take of from both land and water

A small heads up:
This aircraft is very front heavy, so when trying to take of from land you must hold down the S key from start to end to prevent it from crashing into the runway (It might crash anyway because of the wheels bugging out)
When taking of from the sea it can be quite challanging. If you cannot get it up the normal way, try diving with the plane under the water and then burst out of the water, that way you might get out.
Moving around in the plane is also hard and you will have to use the ladders and seats to move from the cockpit to the Hatch.

The plane has a very slow turning so make sure to be careful when trying to turn the aircraft in the air.

I have marked the creation with WIP (Work In Progress) because of a few small features I am still planning to add.

Controls:
- W & S control the back rudders of the plane, W makes the nose tilt down whilst the S key makes the nose tilt upwards
- A & D control the main wing rudders, these are used to control the plane to the right and left.
- Up & Down Keys control the throttle.
- Left & Right Keys move the wheels aswell as the fin rudder.
- Pressing 1 will raise and lower the landing gear.
- Pressing 2 will open and close the hatch leading into the cabin.
- Pressing 3 will turn on the breaks for the wheels.
(Hotkeys 1, 2 & 3 won't work untill I update this version, as of right now you'll have to do it manually.)

you should add a water dumping feature, like the CALFIRE version of this plane

nash.c, might be P-Factor I don't think it's actually in the game's physics, but I've experienced this problem before with other propeller equipped planes.
