Alters the BasePlayerChar and BP_ProgressionSystem blueprints along with every healing buff blueprint

If you have questions about if it would be compatible with another mod please ask the other mod author if they altered the above blueprint, or test it by placing my mod first doing a test play and then swap mod priority, the mod on the bottom of the list is the "highest priority".

The main focus of this mod is to rebalance the attributes through the alteration of the stat bonuses. However, it didn't make much sense to not buff the other attributes to match these changes. With this mod stats (besides Encumbrance and Grit) should now play a bigger role in the build for your play style. As you get higher Vitality it becomes a problem to regenerate your health, so I rolled Healing Rebalanced into this mod to make them easier to maintain and use.
