ARMA 3 Mission Framework

Description
This is the MPSF ARMA 3 Mission Framework Modification designed to improve mission development for community tactical missions.

The purpose is to enable mission makers of various skill to rapidly develop tactical missions for their community with the security of a stable experience.

The goal is to have a completly in-editor capabilty using a modular design concept but also support scripted versions using the description.ext file in the mission folder.

Note: This project is still Under Development and is updated periodically. Once stable, the description here will be updated and a forum post made on the BIS Forums for ARMA

Patrol Operations 4. It uses this framework in script version but I'm considering building it as a mod

There is in the CfgFactions but I'm prioritising PO4 atm before I come back to this and work on the documentation
