How to Russian Empire

This is just how I restored the Russian Empire in the hoi4 base game

1. Soviet Union to Russian Empire

The great thing about the base game is Fascist Russia is called Russian Empire, meaning you need to go fascist to be called Russian Empire. Sadly thou there is no formable nation of the Russian Empire so you need to go fascist. And the guy who will turn you fascist can not be pruged by Stalin. also you already own all of Central Asia and Causcas.

For the focus you want to do the Stalin thing so you get 160pp
Next once you get 150pp get the fascist guy and then do the option NOT TO DO THE CIVIL WAR.
once you are fascist then you will be called the Russian Empire.

2. Poland And The Comintern

As we all know if you have ever played Russia you can't disband thee alliance your in till mongollia and tannu tuva leave but they will once you go fascist.

1.Poland
So you want to justify on Poland first because the Germans would not give you what you need. (Just serach up map of Poland 1914 to see what Russia owned)

3. Britan And France are annoying

So as we all know Britan and France will start to join wars once tension gets to 25%.
But I have a plan.

1. stage a coup in Britan and DO NOT TRAIN any divison till that civil war starts then start to lend lease the British Empire.
2. Repeat but with France

NOTE THIS MIGHT NOT WORK ALL THE TIME BUT IN EVERY TEST I HAVE DONE IT HAS WORKED

4. Finish off Europe

With Britan and France no longer able to stop you, you will be able to get the rest of your european land.

1. Jusfiy on Finland. Annex ALL of Finland this time.
2. Do the foucas Claims on the Baltic so that way you wont have to do the wars and instead just can send Ultamiuams. (Note you still have to jusfiy to send the Ultamiuams)
(Note some times they will not accept them)
3. Bebrassia was part of the Russian Empire so you could demand and if Romania does not accept then you can just Invade.

5. Your old friends

So once you do go fascist your old allies leave and you could disband your facition.
But you could easily counquer them.

1. Invade Mongollia and Tannu Tuva you need to annex Tannu Tuva but Mongollia was pretty much a Russian Puppet so you could annex them or puupet them (I puppeted them)

6. You have finished the old world

Good Job but there is more you can do.
1. Manchuria.
Manchuria was owned by the Qing but Russia did have influce over it so you could annex it and or
puppet it.
2. Alsaka.
Alsaka was owned by Russia at its hieght so if you want you could invade the USA and annex it.

Tips and a good mod to use

I highly recomend the No Divison Limit mod for this.
Tips.
DON'T JOIN THE AXIS: main reason is Germany would get all the war score.
Random Player: But what about when Germany invade me!
Relax since you could skip the pruges if you go fascist your milltary would be close to Germany's.
