By Player 2
You wanna say wisp cant be a carry ? It is a small aberration but you need to control your character really well ! So in this guide i will explain how you can solo kill and gangs the entire map and be a good carry for team.

First tier

You should get a 2 gauntless, healing salve, tango, clarity and branch. It is a defolt items.
They are best placed in the following order as in the picture. My first inventory slot is unbind cos i use ctrl+1 at character. It is very important for wisp. So second key is 2, third is 3, fourth is 4, five is SPACE and six is 6.

Also i need to explain that wisp with this build should stay mid or wood line cos u need a stable gold farm.

Second tier
Next items should be Urn (get as fast as u can) and put it to 5th slot in yours inventory with SPACE bind button.

And Power Treads with +8 str bonus
Third tier
Thats the main part how your wisp become a carry.
If you look to the build, wich i explain in other part of the guide, you take OVERCHARGE instead of TETHER and get an Armlet of Mordiggian !

Better to put it on third (3) bind in your inventory and if u have a defolt skills bindings it is very easy to control "3"+"e" ("e" is overcharge and "3" is mordiggian)

Actualy on timing u get an Armlet around 10-12 lvl so your overcharge skill is on maximum points.
Now you can ALONE relocate wherever you want and make a fun singl kills. Or being a good carry with your team.

Fourth tier
Now we have all set for good map controling and need to up a damage. So your next item should be Crystalys ! With active armlet you have around 400 crit dmg.

Then up it to Daedalus

And final item is Desolator

Build
Carry buld for wisp is prety unusial. Your main damge ability for low lvl game is spirits wich have awsome combo with urn u got.

So the build is like this !

- 1 lvl u shuld take a spirits skill

- 2 lvl u take a tether

-3 lvl spirits again

- 4 lvl overcharge

- 5 lvl spirits

- 6 lvl relocate

- 7 lvl spirits

- 8 lvl overcharge

- 9 lvl overcharge

- 10 lvl overcharge

- 11 lvl relocate

-12 lvl tether

- 13 lvl tether

- 14 lvl tether

- 15 lvl get a skill point and 16 lvl relocate
Important notes
In order to use this rather complex build you should first play wisp like a support to know how the tether and spirits work.

Mostly after fight your wisp hp is below 10-20% so you should off armlet and overcharge, use urn on yourself, heal a bit and u can fight again !

If you need more information about timing and specific killing i will explain this in more details.

I hope you will find my build interesting and thank you for your attention !

Guide itself is pretty good but I don't like the formatting. Kinda hard to read.
You should probably point out that Wisp is a strenght hero so he can dish significant damage with proper items.

Isn`t it obvious that this guide wasn`t written for cap mode?

Using the logic in this guide, you could make any hero a "carry". But just making your hero do high amounts of damage does not equate to being a good carry. Being a strength hero, Wisp lacks in the attack speed department. Sure he'll do lots of damage per hit, but won't be attacking very quickly. Better to use this build on a hero that is more balanced for combat.

This is a cool cat concept but it's like itembreaking a support into an adc role. You'd be better with a clinkz wisp pair or that new hero bristleback. But really well done and great effort on the guide...

Why would you do this, just pick NP if it is what you want to do.
