The Great Ziggurat

Description
Adds a new wonder, The Great Ziggurat to the game.

In Game, the wonder gives +1 culture to all temples and provides a free temple in the city it was built in

The Great Ziggurat of Ur(Etemennigur) is a Neo-Sumerian ziggurat in what was the city of Ur near Nasiriyah, in present-day Dhi Qar Province, Iraq. The structure was built during the Early Bronze Age (21st century BC), but had crumbled to ruins by the 6th century BC of the Neo-Babylonian period when it was restored by King Nabonidus.

I built it, but it doesn't appear in the city, no bonuses either. Doesn't work apparently

Minor problem with this; upon building it and receiving the wonder splash screen, the text of the quote overlaps the bottom of the screen. Very minor, trivial issue, but I find it aesthetically annoying. :P

That aside, good wonder ^_^

I noticed a minor bug: upon an AI building this wonder, it displays the icon for the Hagai Sophia while saying they completed the Great Ziggarrat.

The proper icon is shown in the tech menu though.
