Springfield Meadow

Description
Final Version with 18 holes and a Par of ~ 60.
Many hole in one possibilities, very classical and hopefully athmospherical mini golf course.
Tested & playable (I try to patch gameplay bugs, when I find them)

Changelog:
Additional Fixes.
Made some holes better playable by adjusting platform speed, size, etc.
Changed hole 16.
Added minor scenery details.

@Mcfluffy made the moving plattform on hole 12 a bit longer so it should be easier now

quite easy but hole 12 wasn't that funny, good for starters.
