Description
A curious firearm owned by the legendary mercenary Nemisis Omen painted into the likeness of a famous pop culture icon known for tyranny and brutality.

While Omen lived in Little Bedlam, an crime ridden island cut off from New York City by congress in 1957 by dynamiting the bridge, he was under a contract with the Central Intelligence Agency.

His primary mission objective was easier said than done, not to mention extremely unethical in conduct; Turn the already-existing rivalries between the Eight Gangs that ruled Little Bedlam into an all-out gang war, thereby 'forcing' the US Government to send in the National Guardsmen to restore order and reclaim the island for use as a forward operating base for the Baltic Fleet, which was primarily seeing action in New Bohemia during the then-ongoing Civil War.

In return, Omen was to be paid $50,000,000 dollars, enough for him to start his plan to topple Romanov in the war that he was plunge himself into in the future. During this long, frustrating period, however, Omen was to spend all of his free time in a CIA safehouse disguised as a typical run-down New York apartment.

Over time, Omen added his own touches to his room, to the point where it looked almost like a typical 1980s teenager's room. However, he also had some mature touches as well, such as in a pot a highly rare example of the beautiful Angeryllic Flower plant, in memory of Femme, his lover who went missing during her botched execution and was presumed dead.

One of the centerpieces of Omen's room was a television that was able to have the same television frequencies as the rest of America (as opposed to other televisions and radioes in Little Bedlam, which relied on their own frequencies thanks to their isolation) and even to Canada, the British Isles, Continental Europe, and ultimately the Eastern Bloc and their Soviet Masters.

In his free time, Omen was able to watch enough television to gain a strong understanding of the popular culture he was restricted from in Soviet days on the grounds of it being 'vulgar and degenerative'. One of Omen's favourite shows during this period was Transformers.

Transformers needs no explanation. Two ancient armies of allien robots, capable of transforming into vehicles and objects at will, wage war on each other, the Autobots being moral and just, the Decepticons brutal and tyrannical. Omen, strangely, always rooted for the Decepticons, his favourite character being their leader, Megatron.

What Omen found particularly fascinating was how Megatron transformed into a realistic depiction of a Wehrmacht standard issue Walther P38 pistol, albeit with some odd modifications and the ability to shoot lasers as opposed to bullets. Another reason Omen idolised Megatron was because he felt that if Megatron were real, he would be on Earth at that very moment and the very first man to challenge him would be Romanov himself, Omen concluding that Megatron was; 'Ten times the man that that old Russian bastard wiil ever be, and that's saying something!'

Of course, Omen only prefered Seasons 1 and 2 of Transformers, completely disowning it from the disastrous 1986 feature film onwards. He has been heard to remark on that subject; '1986 was not really my year, was it?'

Omenn eventually did leave Little Bedlam and his gloomy apartment behind. However, he is the only one who still has the key to the place. While in New Bohemia during the Revolution of 1989, Omen, now an enemy of the US Government after betraying them in the Battle of Little Bedlam the previous year, happened upon two guns in a market in Depressia. One was not real, and actually turned out to be an official transformer; Megatron, to be exact. The other was definitely real; a Walther P38 captured from an SS Officer in the aftermath of the Nazi Occupation of New Bohemia before and during the Second World War.

Buying both, Omen, using the Megatron figure as a guide, managed to turn the P38 into a full-working replica of Megatron, down to the extended barrel, scope (which in robot mode was an arm-mounted fusion cannon) and stock. He also used his skills as an engineer, picked up during his days under the tutelage of Nemisis Iron, the sympathetic Chief Engineer in OKB-H, to turn the gun into a prototypical rail gun, thus making it a sort of laser.

When Omen reunited with his previously thought-dead lover, Nemisis Femme, in late 1989 in East Berlin, he gave the gun to her as a Christmas present. Femme, though somewhat dismayed by Omen's 'destruction' of an antique firearm, was nevertheless overjoyed with her gift.
