Nordo's Faction Unlocker: Extended 4 Turns per Year (Patch 19)

Many people asked for a 4-turns-per-year version of my faction unlock mod so here is it. I released two versions (yes, two versions of the 4tpy version). This one comes with additional time increasement for research, construction and leveling up. For a clean, simple 4tpy version click here.

This mod changes the Grand Campaign startpos and is not compatible with other mods that do so, e.g. mods that change turns per year. However, it should work with almost every other mod, even with mods that change another campaign's startpos.

The mod is part of my Better Rome II Compilation for patch 19 (as 2 turns per year version).
