* Kill next medium camp (heal before fighting centaurs)
* Go from camp to camp until you buy Morbid Mask
* Get to level 5 (recommended)
* Buy a Smoke, regen to full life/mana and go Rosh, pwn him.

* Remember:OVERPOWER, wait the cooldown, and THEN, attack Rosh
(stack 2x overpowers to grant the DPS)
