Bazaar of Tabriz

Description
Adds a new wonder, Bazaar of Tabriz to the game. The Bazaar of Tabriz is one of the oldest bazaars of the Middle East and the largest covered bazar in the world.

In Game, the wonder gives +1 gold for every 2 citizens in the city it was built in as well as providing a free market and Great Merchant.

Many thanks to Moriboe, Pouakai and sukritact for their help and also to my co-author starverse who helped with the wonder description and splash screens.

Should be comptabile with BnK as well.

I might tone it down a bit, maybe make it +1 gold every 3 citizens instead while retaining the other two bonuses. I usually like my wonders to feel like wonders and not a glorified building.

Really like this wonder. It's pretty powerful by itself, so also granting both a free market and a Great Merchant may be a bit overkill. Recommend removing the Great Merchant bonus.
