This is a pretty standard Storm Spirit mid build.
Here are some tips:

Remember to always have a escape when ganking/teamfighting by keeping roughly 1/3 of your mana pool for escape (Ball of Lightning).

Don't be afraid to use Static Remnant to farm and harass in early laning phase and be sure to try and get many, if not all, of the runes.

REMEMBER: You are not the best initiatior, unless you have a bkb, don't try initiating into teamfights if you have a better initiator.
