Rifter stabilized speedboat with autopilot

Description
Example boat on the usage of reaction wheels for roll stabilization.

Does ~120 km/h on quiet sea and around 70 km/h through high waves.

Features:
- Speed
- Adjustable roll stabilization (can stay upright even with unbalanced load and high waves)
- Pitch stabilization (to avoid flipping or going airborne)
- Hold throttle
- GPS target / autopilot
- Lever to adjust lift / downforce
- Fancy blinking lights
- ...

The roll stabilization works with a small trick that causes a velocity pivot to actually generate torque. In this example it is very compact but still powerful enough to even allow the ship to do eskimo rolls.

are you good with autopilots? i could use some help fixing mine.

It is not really roll stabilized anymore, since an update limited the speed of the velocity pivots. *RIP*

Updated to use the new exponent & keypad blocks.

I'm not going to add a trigonometry based autopilot to it as I believe that my old design is still far more elegant than that.

You could certainly mod it to be faster since it only has a single turbine.

Great work! How did you get coefficients for PID controller?

I would recommend everyone to try driving through a storm, then pull the lever on the right all the way back to disable the reaction wheel and see what difference it makes. :)
