C/Program Files x86/Steam/SteamApps/workshop/content/446800/ then whatever mod file number you wish to lookup, in the case of BlackRock map files, they are located in file number 1330406771. By digging in the workshop folder, you can see how the published files are arranged etc. from any map or mod.
I haven't had issues with them being off map, as the maps work fine. Also I've not had the chance to finish off a number of maps I've been working on myself (work and family life) so when I do get online I tend to stick to maps I've already got under way or I'm working on.
Also I rarely used German Transport Fever sites, with the exception of looking for mods that I like or could use. I'm currently trying to use British rolling stock for my maps, but until recently they were few and far between. This is also the same for other Brtish mods, ie; Signal Boxes, as they're rather lacking as props too.
Your map caught my eye so I downloaded it and now playing too. lol
Off topic item here:
It reminded me of when I used to use SL, years ago, and place items outside my Regions to make them look larger and it add to the scenario's I ran in them
local industries = {
{pos = { 5837.750, -9741.410 }, angle = math.rad(0.0), fileName = "industry/farm.con" },
{pos = { -3533.375, -9434.110 }, angle = math.rad(-75.0), fileName = "industry/farm.con" },
}
Now the in-game fog is supposed to "hide" those things 0ff-map. However there is a mod people are using that allows you to see them. They are far away enough no roads will ever connect. The second version BlackRock has in-game spawned industries of course.
-BlackRock has no in-game industries...
-BlackRock_Ind uses the game's random spawned game industries...
...enjoy...
I got the idea from a map called Acacia. It's got 3 towns close together and develop into kind of a mess, which is a decent challenge. However, the map has too much other stuff going on for my tastes.
Whatever the case, I look forward to any maps you do in the future ;)
