Call Of Duty: WWII - Launch Dynamic Theme - WW2

Description
A port/remake of PS4 theme that was available for free as promotion.

I used rain instead of carpet bomb since I have no idea how to port that part.

I know COD:WWII is old but better then never port it over.

The wallpaper has been upscale to 5120x2160 via waifu2x-caffe to support 4K screens.

I also added "A Brotherhood of Heroes" WWII menu song thanks to patch update to Wallpaper Engine.
