Yes, good social skill is needed but you can turn that off in the settings :D

@Weil Well, no, you were right about thinking of a mental break blacklist. I know about the customizations, as you wrote it in the description. ^^

@Think3r, oh, thought you meant like a list of excluded breaks. The mod does indeed focus on giving meaning to social skills but players can either disable that aspect or increase their difficulty in the settings of the mod. @SCP2103, in the settings menu for the mod you can tweak some settings which will affect the chance (click the advanced settings button).

@Weil Well, can't comment on whether adding defs would be good or not. I was just thinking about not wanting to be able to talk colonists out of aggressive breaks. I mean, in the endgame, when you have a skilled social colonist, this mod makes everything easier. On the other hand, it gives more meaning to the social skills...
