Wat Phra Kaew

Description
One of the most important Buddhist temples in Thailand, the Wat Phra Kaew is located in the historic center of Bangkok, within the grounds of the Grand Palace; it enshrines the Emerald Buddha, an image of the Buddha meticulously carved from a single block of jade. The Wat Phra Kaew was built in 1785, when the capital was moved by King Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke (Rama I) from Thonburi to Bangkok. Ingame the Wat Phra Kaew provides +2 Science on all religious buildings, in addition to providing +3 Science itself and +20% Science in the city it is built in. Unlocked at Archaeology.

I agree with Jammy Roostler's statement of changing it to 10% instead of 20.

I like the idea of this Wonder, b ut agree that some tweaks to the bonuses should be in order, as its quite powerful, particularly compared to some of the other Wonder mods Ive seen in the workshop :O

I think just changing the +20% Science to +10% would be a good idea. +2 Science on all religious buildings isn't very overpowered considering that's only, at possible maximum (and keep in mind that's ONLY if the stars align and you steal all the religious tenets of this type from the other Civs before they can get them, as well as being Byzantine in order to acquire a third building) that's only a maximum of +13 per turn in that city (with the Wonder's static boost included, not the percentage boost) and +10 in every other city. At the level you get Archaeology that should be less than 5% of the science you're already making per city per turn in your Civ, unless of course you're horribly lagging in which case hey, you'll never succeed in building this thing anyway before someone else does. It's not going to be more useful than any other Science-based Wonder you can get at or before that level, period.

Agreed. The +2 Science per religious building could be reduced to +1 and even then it'd still be an extremely powerful wonder.

It should be, it does not mess with any of the new features.
