Description
The ghost originally can be found inside Tovald's Cave. can be found when retrieving the Crown Of Barenziah in Tolvald's Cave after finding all 24 Unusual Gems (Stones of Barenziah) during the quest No Stone Unturned. I made him a follower and he is essential also will level up with the player.
