Description
This mod is a tool for modders to test campaign developments without having to actually focus on the game constantly, as all player turns will be ended automatically. This is very useful to test out mods (on the same or a different computer) while you can continue working on them.

This currently only works in Mortal Empires.


Description:
The way how this mod works is that you start up a game with Archaon as normal and then you get presented with a choice of how many turns you want to skip. The default options are 10, 20, 50 or 100 turns, but this can be easily modified in the script that contains most of this mod's functionality.

The game will then continually end your own turn as soon as it starts until the designated pause point at which point the choice will appear again. Until you end the turn you can survey what has changed on the campaign map.


Convenience Features:
? All AI factions are set to be unable to do any diplomacy with you however you can still do diplomacy with them.
? You will start with diplomatic contact with all factions across the map.
? All wars that Chaos starts with are disabled and the rest of the world will ignore your existence.
? All Dilemmas, Incidents and Missions specific to the player as well as all Chaos campaign scripts are disabled to prevent interference.
? The campaign map is fully revealed during each player turn, so you can also watch campaign developments live during the automated turns. This includes all hidden Skaven settlements.
? You have full insight into AI army compositions (except for the corners of the map due to line of sight limitations.
? Archaon starts at the northeast end of the Chaos Wastes to avoid having to watch AI movements.
? Archaon has essentially unlimited movement range during the pause turns, which will be useful for a future modding tool that I will release.

For convenience, this mod also contains functionality similar to these mods:
Faster End Turn Camera
No Fog of War (Player Turn only)

same for wanting for WH3. Don't want to DL WH2 just to DL this mod then try to reverse engineer it :(

Seems that modded games has issues with this. No matter what option selected, it will shoot past that goal and continue auto-running the ai without end.

I encountered the same issue and mine was due to another mod. Diplomatic Options - Vassal, Liberate & Confederate causes other factions to harass me for money while running this mod.

Various Norsca tribes constantly asks for cash in later turns. So I can't just turn this on for an hour or so and come back later. Instead, I have to micro-manage the diplomacy offer every turn or every other turn. Any solution?

Is there a version of this not based around Archaon? I never bought the Warriors of Chaos DLC since they never reworked it to be decent...

Some of the convenience features, such being able to see AI army compositions and unlimited movement range for Archaon don't seem to be working.

Just a quickie regarding vision of AI army compositions. I'm currently testing my mod using this mod, but I don't have any vision of AI army compositions.

How difficult would it be to blend this mod together with the Spectator 2 mod?

As in:

- Make this campaign autorun possible with any race
- Remove teleportation to the corner of the map
- Basically have the AI take over the campaign gameplay while AI Spectator takes over the battles whenever battles aren't auto-resolved?

It is a genius idea of a mod. This should be a default option in every total war.

Nevertheless, I'm afraid it is not working right now in heavily modded game (I have collection I wanted to check for race/nation balance - who gets big often and who gets stomped early). The intended pop-up window to skip turns does not appear. I will test it further.

Again, this is just gold for people who mod the game, or make collections. GJ!
