The only reason why I'm not using this mod right now is due to the lack of a (updated) standalone version of the PC enchanced textures, at least not to my knowlodge. If anyone knows of one or at least a alternative for it please let me know here
Some people brought up the inventory icons as an issue, but I respectfully disagree - they look very similar to the in-game models, and do their job perfectly. I think that the worst you could legitimately say about the icons is that they don't look as "shiny" as the vanilla ones, but that's a very minor detail in my opinion.
The only actual issue here are the weird elongated shadows some weapons cast on occasion, but that's quite minor. I can see why some people might be bothered by it, though, as it's not so minor it can be totally ignored.
