7.22b (Offlane) Offlane University: Pangolier
De Yakubian Scion
Pangolier is a tanky offlaner with good potential to serve as a strong initiator, counter initiator, and even semi-carry. He is quite versatile, and focuses primarily on buying items that have proc abilities. These items can proc on swashbuckle, which makes it scale absurdly well, though not enough to hard carry. Pangolier has a surprising ability to flash farm and is quite mobile at all stages of the game. His largest weakness is likely that his item builds focus so heavily on proc items, that his stats get neglected. Many tanks often build items with +HP, +armor, or various stats to increase how tanky they are. Pangolier does not do this, and his hp is quite low for a tank. His tankiness mostly comes from shield crash, but this makes him very squishy if he gets jumped with no shield crash stacks.

Physical Damage: 3/5 Pango gets most of his damage from Swashbuckle. This damage is static through the game, but can be improved hardcore via proc items such as MKB, Basher, or Mjollnir
Magic Damage:: 3/5 Pango has access to magic damage through Shield Crash and Rolling Thunder which are deceptively damaging. The procs from items like MKB and Mjollnir add a lot of damage to Swashbuckle too.
Durability: 4/5 Pango's Shield Crash and high strength gain make him a super tank under the right circumstances. Shield Crash can get you up to 90% dmg reduction, which is crazy.
Disable: 3/5 Rolling Thunder is an amazing disable once you hit 6, but it is hard to hit. However, most Pangos build basher as a first midgame item, which gives you a near guaranteed bash on Swashbuckle.
Utility: 3/5 Heartpiercer is your main utility, and its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgusting late game when armor gets high. Pango can also naturally build items like Pipe and Guardian Greaves, giving you a lot of utility.
Creep Pushing: 4/5 It can take some time, but once you have basher, mkb, and maelstrom, Swashbuckle one shots creep waves. Until then, a level 4 Swashbuckle and Shield Crash one shot waves into the mid game.
Tower Pushing: 2/5 Pango doesn't build traditional physical damage item in a similar manner to Ember Spirit. He can't hurt towers much and he's melee which is a bad combo. You can buy a desolator, but it won't help much.
Mobility: 4/5 Rolling Thunder, Swashbuckle, and Shield Crash are all mobility skills! Pango also builds Blink or Shadow Blade naturally, meaning you can nearly keep up with enemy QoPs with your crazy mobility.
Farm Speed: 3/5 Your mana can be a big limiting factor, but once you have 4 levels in Swashbuckle and Shield crash you can flash farm up there with mid range carries!
Difficulty: 3/5 Pango has a few unique mechanics that make his skills harder to land than a lot of other heroes. A little practice should give you the right idea. Just be ready to see pinball with your Rolling Thunder.

Laning Strength: 3/5 Invoker has staying power from Quas regen and Ghost walk escape, but his early level vulnerability and horrendous initial base damage leave a lot to be desired.
Early Game Strength: 3/5 Once you have mana boots and lvl 9, you've got nukes and flash farming for days. Fights and ganks galore!
Mid Game Strength: 3/5 Pango gets very dangerous with a few proc items. Once you have basher, you have a strong stun. Once you have MKB, your Swashbuckle does crazy damage. Shield Crash also shows its worth here.
Late Game Strength: 3/5 Swashbuckle can limit you here since its base damage is set, but if you're farmed enough, you can act as a more utility heavy ember spirit. Your creep pushing will be insane here too,
Ultra Late Game: 4/5 Everything coming together gives you many tools. You have stuns, magic nukes, farming, pushing, and an amazing tankability and passive in Heartpiercer where heroes like morphling go to die.
