Unsolvable Puzzle

Turn on the lights. Notice how you can't when you should be able to. This is a bug with relaying power strips in a different order compared to at design time. I believe the game's code is trying to prevent a pointless looped connection of two or more power strips, where no power would flow or enter, but fails in this sort of case. If you can solve this puzzle, consider this weird issue fixed and please comment saying you solved it and I'll retest it.
