Description
I was unsure of what to build on Brick Rigs next so I asked my friend and they said, "Build a zombie bus! It would be cool!"

So, here I am with a battle bus. It's a converted 1930s bus which is able to both protect the settlement and also act as a mobile home. Up front, there is the zombie scoop, lengthened and widened for the size of the bus, but still deadly nonetheless! The bus has been kept in top top shape because of how old it is and these survivors thought it would be a shame to ruin it. The lower deck has been uparmoured with some steel, bolted on spaced armour which allows greater protection from bandits and the dead but also allows the fitment of steel bars on the lower deck. The lower deck itself has been repurposed for general use and storage, with some jerry cans, spare wheels, a big red toolbox and general cooking and assorted camping supplies. On the side of the bus, attached partly to the spaced armour, there is a ladder to get to the roof and the supplies up there. The wheel caps have been replaced with metal spikes to de-leg any zombies getting close to the bus. Because of the old bus type, the back door was open, so these survivors have fitted a massive, heavy duty swing door on rams which swings upwards to allow entry.

On the upper deck, it has been converted to a sleeping quarters and food/water storage. There is a pile of canned goods and water bottles on the upper deck along with sleeping bags for a number of people. There is also a tap at the back which allows the bottles to be refilled from the roof tanks. There is a smattering of MGs poking out the sides of the bus for added security and detterent of bandits, along with protection from the dead.

On the roof, there are two large tanks which can hold a lot of fresh water for long trips or resettlement moves. It connects to the tap on the upper deck via some pipes and the tanks are connected. There is also additional supplies on top such as ammo crates, a food cooler, jerry cans and some large, heavy duty fuel tanks. The survivors that use this bus have put some humourous signs over the destination and route signs on the front and back of the bus.

Top speed: Whatever the van engine can go with all this extra armour weight!

Crew: 1 - driver but with sleeping and standing room for at least 5 people.

Controls:
WSAD to drive.
H for headlights.
J for warning lights.
Q for interior lights.
Pitch for bonnet opening.
ALT + pitch to open entrance door.
ALT + throttle/steering to move the MGs.

Enjoy the battle bus and go and clean the zombie filled wasteland one bus at a time! This was quite fun to make and feels like a real post-zombies tank! It can be used either as a convoy vehicle or as a mobile post-apocalypse home!

This bus was taken from a nearby museum to this large settlement in Lancashire and is owned by that settlement. It has already been used to relocate them once, so it's proved its worth!

Haha! It is a bit! I just tried to base it on the basic nessessities of survivors after zombies rise up. That was an accidental side effect!
