Mononobe no Futo [Touhou Project]

This mod is still under development. I'm still kind of testing the waters, so expect really big changes lol.

Character from Touhou Project, the fifth boss of Ten Desires.

[Stats]

• Health - 175

[Starting Items]

A magical plate imbued by Futo's power to control Feng Shui. This plate is a ranged weapon that deals 15 damage per throw, and can be crafted by using 1 cutstone. There will be some more type of plates planned in the future.

Storm Plate
Not fully animated yet

A plate further imbued by the Feng Shui's extent to control wind. This plate has further range than the regular plates, 25 base damage, and Futo has 15% more movement speed while holding it. 5 Storm Plates can be crafted by using 5 plates and 3 Jet Feathers.

Downpour Plate
Not fully animated yet

A plate further imbued by the Feng Shui's extent to control water. This plate is deployable, and restores sanity of nearby players. It is also breakable and anyone who does so regains 12 health. 5 Downpour Plates can be crafted by using 5 plates and 3 Azure Feathers.


[Traits]

- Has a hunger rate of only 0.2

- Has 30% more damage against monsters

- Has 20% less damage against anything BUT monsters

- Double sanity drain from night

- Triple sanity drain from monsters' aura

- 110% movement speed


Being a Shikaisen and all, Futo doesn't really need to eat now does she? Then again, the game is called 'Don't Starve' in the first place so~

Her Sanity is her biggest gimmick, with only a maximum of 150 and loses a LOT in the night and nearby monster. Having an affinity with fire (And occasionally buring Buddhist statues to the ground), she replenishes Sanity for a tiny amount near fires.

The 30% damage only works for monsters nd it's somewhat of a gamble too, since you'll lose Sanity fast when monsters are nearby, so be careful!

Futo always hated Youkai (They ARE monsters, right?), but is pretty harmless against anything other than that. She has 20% less damage again non-monster mobs

Being the scaredy-cat she is, she loses sanity drastically in the night and when near monsters, and probably is her biggest drawback.




This is the first mod I've created, so I don't have too much experience in it lol. If you have suggestions, criticism or just plain comments, feel free to do so~! I'll be glad to hear them.

Like most others, I used Dleowolf's character base in order to make this mod, and I'm sure as hell wouldn't be able to make this mod without it.

-Added in plates, though in has no function as of the moment. You'll notice Futo holds one as a starting item.

-You can now throw Fine China into your adversaries' faces. Plates deal 15 damage (for now)

-Plate is craftable using 2 stone and 1 cutstone in the fight tab

-Damage against monsters is now 30% from 50%

-Damage against non-monsters is now -20% from -30%

-Speed is now 1.1 from 1.2

-There was some hiccups with the plate animations, so bear with it for a while

-Fixed a bug where only the host can see and use plates. Now all clients that connects to the host's server can see and use plates too
