Description
[EDIT]: So, now when Reikland runefang isn't Karl's quest item anymore, it seemed only fitting to alter the Beast Slayer item into something that is not a weapon. Why not change Reikland Runefang then? Nope, just give the item to another lord instead. If I changed Reikland runefang into enchanted item then it could be abused to let a lord have 2 runefangs.

Frequesntly Answered (FA): Because since I change it into an enchanted item, making it into a standard weapon could overload Karl's stats.

So, another mod that is different from my recent mods, but it's something that has been bugging me since first game..

So picture this, you have a strong as heck weapon, Ghal maraz, one of, if not the, strongest magical weapon in the entire Warhammer universe but you must decide wether to use a pesky Runefang or the Super powerful hammer?

Should be obvious right? Well apparently not in this game. Since you have to either choose Beastslayer or Ghal maraz, and not both. Which means that you'll most likely ignore the Beastslayer quest all together.

This aims to change that, while nerfing the Beastslayer quite substantially you're allowed to enjoy it's embedded ability and small stat boost.

Tested and it seems to be not savegame compatible. Start a new game!.

FAQ: Does it work with Better Artifacts?
  • Answer: It should work, however it will multiply the stats and also add its changes to the item. However, it will still be used as an enchanted item instead of weapon. So yes it works, but it alters the weapon more than needed.
