Play Europe Again (Gods and Kings)

This is now a larger version of my Europe map here on Steam Workshop. The size is 108x80. Compared to my previous one which is 71x74 it's only slightly improved size-wise, but way better suited for more European civs and resources that may come with the Brave New World expansion pack. I also think that Europe maps shouldn't be too gigantic but at the same time leave enough room for civs to expand.

The map is based on a conversion of NiRv4n4's Europe Improved from Civ IV.

In many aspects I have tried to keep it true with the previous one which is pretty good balanced also due to useful improvement advise of the players from civforum.de. However, if you have further suggestions regarding resource placement or balancing in general, please let me know.

Some city states have unique or semi-unique resources. The map pack contains true start locations and 4 different speed options.

Installation:

Just click subscribe (the green button).

Playing the map:

Once you're in the game go to Main Menu - Mods - Activate mod - Next - Single Player - set up game not Main Menu - Single Player - set up game. Choose the map (and respectively game pace) from the drop down menue.

IMPORTANT: To avoid that random civilizations, starting positions and resources appear in your game (for instance China in Europe) or if you start at the wrong place it is essential that you click the following button after choosing the map in the game setup screen, in order to have all the game elements as intended:

Now select your Civ and difficulty level. Done.

Known issues:

Workshop problems
If the map doesn't show up in your mod list, just delete the game cache in username\documents\\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache and restart the game.

Strange Civs in your game
If you do not own one or more of the DLCs listed above, the game fills their gap with random civilizations. So you might encounter America in Denmark or Siam in Babylon.
