Custom Item Guides [somewhat like in HoN]

if anyone has ever played Heroes of Newerth they would have notice that there are alot of guides submitted by users, these guides can be followed by choosing one of them from the drop down list.

though Dota2 doesnt exactly have this feature (yet) there are still a way to actually make your own Guide with your own Items.
(personally for me it sometimes gets annoying searching though its not a gamechanging factor it still gets annoying searching for an item.)

in this example ill do it for Ursa but again this can be done to any hero so if u dont like my Item Build just make ur own ;)

Note: My build is for jungling i normally never lane with ursa :)
(actually forgot to "smoke" after Vladmir :P)

Update to an Question i got shortly after i published:
just got a comment saying; cant you just use the EDIT in the shop menu?
sure you can but by making "TextFiles" you can make multiple item builds.
Just make a folder in that Path and name the folder by the hero "ursa" and put the original in there and the new ones you make.
