Recruit any lord as Skaven

Simply allows you to recruit any NON legendary lord from other factions, as the Skaven! The most boring part of this game for me, is the lack of varying lords to lead your armies into battle!

UPDATE 12/27
Mounts working as intended! Huge shoutout to Selian! If you already had a lord on the campaign and tried to add a mount, the mount will not be added. You will have to recruit a new lord, OR have not unlocked the mount skill before the update!

Future plans:
Will be adding tomb kings when they are out!
Will make this for other factions if people are interested.
currently working on another mod that adds building chains from other factions, while also including units from those factions. I currently have dwarf lords leading armies of dwarven units... It's pretty great!
