This home was created by me out of a vanilla home that I plopped onto a nice medium sized lot and landscaped. Absolutely love this little stucco home - if I lived in Cities: Skylines on the Tropical Islands map I'm sharing later (that this home is in) this is the one I'd live in....it's a nice one story home with a lovely covered lanai in the front to chat with passers-by from, and a great patio in the back to enjoy the view from....perfect little home for a couple retirees (which I and my sweet hubby are....).

Use this any way you like. I only have it on Workshop so I can eventually get it on my Bs Tropical Waters gameshare. So it has to be here to add to my Bs Tropical Waters Homes Collection for that gamesave. But you are welcome to use it any way you like.
