Looks like the only way to fix this is to use forbidden space, and now the part exists!

Even after all that work, it's not bulletproof yet. 7 parts saved.

This has been a tough puzzle to fix the major problems. Some could still remain. Thanks brickey.8 for finding a lot of my mistakes. :steamhappy:

Lock right-most magnifying glass, block the bomb placement from getting bumped, make a column dedicated to the left-most hot air balloon, and find a way to block vaccuum placement (locked pinwheel seems to be the last resort).

This one is cheatable too, but I had to work at it.
