This error occurs because this is a compound building, it consists of 13 sub-buildings.

This building is Beautiful. I use the Realistic Population mod and the Building Themes mod (instead of using RICO, which messes with all my other mods). It gives me a realistic population on any residential building I plop that is NOT RICO. For instance, this building, if it is all residential highrise, would probably hold about 40 to 80 households when using these two mods (IF IT WERE just a regular residential highrise that was not a RICO building). I don't know much about how buildings are modded (so maybe I'm asking something that is not possible), but I was hoping maybe you could make a version of this beautiful building as a regular hi-rise (LEVEL 5; so it would not be lost when leveling up). Is that possible? Meantime, I'll try to use it as a unique building if that doesn't use weekly maintenance (which my cities cannot afford). :^)
