Description
This is based off the Hotel Conrad on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, but I like the sound of Hotel Comrade better. This is a high-density commercial building where the workers are in charge. Which is fitting because in all the Cities Skylines I've played, I have yet to encounter a single boss.

7 x 7 x 82m (fits into corners with MoveIt)

This asset keeps showing up as FAILED in the loading screen MOD.

No problem @honker it's just that i love this asset :steamthumbsup: but it fails at loading so i can't use it hopefully you have a solution for it!

The reason why it doesn't show up (for me) because it fails at loading everytime i load a save or a new city.

This does not show up in the game for me. I've looked in RICO, FindIt, and nothing shows up.
