Burj Al Arab

Description
is a luxury hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At 321 m (1,053 ft), it is the fourth tallest hotel in the world. Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 m (920 ft) from Jumeirah beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to mimic the sail of a ship. Sometimes referred to as "the world's only seven-Star hotel".

This is not a prison, it is a hotel. If we lock the doors and place security guards on the outsides then we could maybe call it a prison. :P

dont be! i didnt mean it to come off as angry. If i develop the skills later on i definetly want to develop 3d models, but thats way way way way off in my timeframe

the mod works now, thanks to Envoy's help. The culture boost isnt working 100%, only gives 10 but ill change that to 10% later on.
@pouakai, ill create an account and message him to see if he minds that i have this up here. If he doesnt mind ill leave it up, if not, ill delete it. It was just a good starting wonder to build and helped me learn the basics of modding
