Build On Floodplains

Description
UPDATE 1/4/2020:

Now compatible with all DLC / no DLC whatsoever. It Just Works.

Came back to this and decided to take a look to make it compatible with new DLC of Civ IV since I finally got DLC, turns out it still would have worked if you just enabled it and turned off compatibility checks. Of particular note, however, is if you have Rising Storm DLC, floodplains are not totally clearable, but at least you are able to build districts and farms on top of them now. Floodplains integrate pretty highly with the whole flooding/climate change mechanics of that DLC, so I decided it's probably best to just leave this mod be in it's current state, as it's still useful if you want to remove desert floodplains if you only have base game with no DLC, or at least Rise and Fall. For my use with Rising Storm this mod is much less important for me.

Anyways, thanks if you bothered to read this, and special thanks if you like this mod/add it to your personal collection and stuff. Enjoy!

OLD DESCRIPTION:

This mod allows you to build wonders and districts on floodplains as any Civ. Unlocks when you research the irrigation tech. Changes how the tile is handled, so compatible with all custom and DLC Civs. May not be compatible with other mods that change Floodplains.

I don't have any interest in rebalancing Egypt as part of this mod, so look elsewhere if you're concerned about that.

First mod I've ever made, so thanks to all of you for checking this out, subscribing or favoriting :D

So, I planned and plotted the PERFECT spot for a vampire castle next to two monopolies. Turns out it was on a floodplain and you can't build them on floodplains. So, I found this mod. Turns out it is only for districts and wonders. After an hour of wasting time trying to create new saves and restart, I gave up. This mod will not allow building improvements on floodplains. Are there any plans to expand this mod?

Egypt will be unhappy

Should probably move the tech requirement to a later tech, Sanitation for example. I remotely remember when Sanitation made flood plains and jungles disease-free in Civ3...

So, Egypt is already one of the most pitiful civs. With this mod you are giving all players their most potent (fi situational) ability.

It screams for some kind of buff to Egypt to go along with it...
