To build your army:
1) Visit the mod for your army.

2) Build your army. Copy and delete units and cards until you have your army ready.
3) Click and drag to select everything.
4) Ctrl+Click on the board, so that is selected too.
5) Right-click the board and click Save Object to save the whole army.
6) In the main mod (here) drag the saved object onto your side of the board.

To use the initiative tracker:
After determining who is the first player, click either the Blue Player Goes First or Red Player Goes First buttons. It will now be that player's turn. A box will pop up when it's time for you to activate a unit; either activate a unit, then press the first button, or if you have nothing to activate, click the second button. Clicking the second button will tell your opponent you're done for this initiative, so only use it after it comes back to you and you have nothing! When all players have activated all units, the player whose turn it is should click the End Turn button. This will set initiative back to 1.

Picked up where tieren left off, since he doesn't seem interested in keeping up on it. I've added all units from all factions, as well as unit upgrade models. I believe all upgrade cards now exist; let me know if any are missing. I also changed a few of the models in use to ones more to my liking. I even made a custom one for Kari, since I couldn't find anything remotely close in any miniatures collections.

Please let me know if you would like to help out! Also let me know if I'm missing anything. I have a few ideas for where to go next with it, but figured I'd get this version up now since it's a strict improvement over tieren's version.

@lsferreyra Unfortunately, I haven't had time to learn scripting. Tieren had some great stuff in the works, but he's been busy as of late and hasn't been able to implement anything. Hopefully I'll get a week with the free time to look at what he did and get it added to the mod.
