LNER J50

Descrição
A Christmas surprise and treat for every railway enthusiasts, SFM artists, and Wing Gundam as well as a long time request from him.

The London and North Eastern Railway J50, or better known as Great Northern Railway Class J23 was a class of 0-6-0T steam locomotive designed by Sir Nigel Gresley for shunting and local goods work. They had long side tanks that came to the front of the smokebox, which sloped forwards to improve visibility and had a recess cut in to aid maintenance. 40 were built by the GNR between 1913 and 1922, with a further 62 being added by the LNER between 1924 and 1939.

Fictional Appearance:
This J50 is based on a character, Geoffrey No.68952 from a popular YouTube and book series, The British Railway Stories by Simon A.C. Martin, but without a face.

About this Model:
This is my first SFM model to be modeled on Autodesk Maya. Like the previous steam engine models I?ve made, the animation sequences are pretty much the same, except I?ve added the startup reverse sequence, where you can animate the shunting loco making a slipping startup when pushing or pulling the coaches and trucks backwards.

Like the SECR C-Class, the J50 does have unhideable BR number plates and a shed codes, same with the workplates on the side of its tanks and bunker. (Please check number 68952 for more info: www.railuk.info/members/steam/?)

Skins:

-LNER Green

-LNER Black

-BR Early

-BR Late

-North Western Railway (RWS)

I hope it won't give you any errors when you download it for use on SFM.

Did you know the Official Thomas was leaked a few days ago? why not port that so you don't have to waste time making a custom Thomas? It's your choice in the end no one is forcing you
