This is Sadist, as he appears in Evil Within 2, with additional parts from the first game.
Also, his Chainsaw, Cleaver, as well as RPG are all included in props subfolder.

Model has been extracted with original rigging has materials overhaul, implementation of animated chainsaw which is done via importing sequences,fake PBR, SSS by Smug Bastard.
Normal version of sadist uses biped_simple, bisected uses custom IK rig which has been included as a separate download link.

Animated chainsaw is activated by right-clicking the model in Animation Set Editor, choosing Import-Sequence.
From there on, you can choose between 3 speeds.
