Long Island Railroad MP70 EMU

Description
The all-aluminum MP70 was the first 'double deck' railcar in America, though its method of alternating booth heights both restricted capacity and infuriated passengers. Unpopular for its 'knee-knocker' seating and lack of privacy for female passengers on the second level of booths, they were retired in 1972.

for Linux: change mesh/vehicle/train/MP70/mp70_interior.msh (and msh.blob) to MP70_interior.msh and textures/models/vehicle/train/mp70_INTERIOR.dds to mp70_interior.dds

Any chance we can get a M1 orM7 to replace this later in game? It's 2018 and I have 4 trainsets of these still in service with nothing to replace them.
