Description
Nickel Savings Bank by Khrysler

A small bank building with humble brick and stone design which was common in 1930s.

I made this one when I was struggling with design for Lv1 2x3 corner building. I sort of finished this one first but I didn't publish it because I didn't lke it...and was going to delete it! Then joeymozzer asked for the alternative and I looked at it again. I changed up some textures and I think it actually looks good now. Enjoy!

Asset Info:

Growable - 2x3 Corner - Level 1 Office Building
MODEL - 237 triangles with 1024x512 textures (d,c,i,n,s)
LOD - 10 triangles with 256x128 textures (d,c,i,s)

Happy new year to you too. I don't have the DLC at this moment but I think some players don't like any DLC requirements. If I do, I will probably upload as a separate building

Ty guys, i've solved. They disappeared because i was zoning corners in normal places without knowing they were corners building lel, such a noob. Well, i've learned!

If you want to grow 2x3 corner specifically, you would want zone only 2x3 at the corner first, wait it to spawn, and then zone the rest after because the game tend to build larger sizes if the tiles are available.
I'm not sure about the disappearing issue but I think what Ilion says right. You don't have any "level 2 2x3 right corner building" so when you select to grow, there's nothing available. I have created level 2 for this particular size - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1177584491 - so you can try to see what happens after you subscribe to that..?

My first guess is that these assets are trying to upgrade, but that there isn't an appropriate asset defined in your theme for them to upgrade to.

Hello, i have a problem with many of your office buildings (not all) because when i place them with theme editor or i select them to grow, they just disappear after they are built.

Maybe is because they are corner? How can i make them grow naturally like other buildings other than enabling them in theme editor?
