Necroposter here. There is one other specification that is required to get this achievement.

The teams have to be arranged as if it was a standard Territories match, with the Australian Army (Aussies) Attacking, and the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) Defending. Only then will the conditions to enable the achievement be triggered.

On Campaign servers, this team arrangement can be changed at any time, disabling access to the achievement if PAVN and Aussies are not played in their standard roles on the map.

The same is true for Long Tan, which requires the NLF to be Attacking, and the Aussies to be Defending to enable Bootable Offence to be achieved.

It is probably also true for Quang Tri's Barrel of Laughs achievement as well, which requires PAVN Attacking and ARVN Defending in Territories, or just in general for Supremacy.

Lastly, VNTE-Firebase and its Nothin' But Net achievement require PAVN and USMC teams on the map to get it.

Did not personally had any problems getting this achievement and never heard anyone either, only thing that i might guess that it has to be done on the on the officially registered server or on server with enough players to register it sameway as xp, if i remember correctly there has to be at least 8 players but other than that i can´t really help.

Any other specifications? I went and shot the crikey but nothing happened. Could be glitched because the Boot acheivment didnt work either.
