This sign was made a very long time ago, before lights were triggerable by themselves. In order to sequence the lights into a underwater effect, at the time, my only option was to use a display sequencer. I haven't been back to this project since uploading it, I'm not too sure what state it is in now, I know some of my other projects have changed and 'corrupted' since Planco updated their game but I hope the sign is still usable by today's standards. Hope that answers your question.
Btw, did anybody ever find out what the display sequencer is for?
