Report a translation problem
"The mod is incompatible with Vanilla civ. This is caused by some XML entries mentioning features that are not implemented in the base game. I might release a Vanilla compatible version in the future if there is enough demand / I can find the time for it. "
I have yet to make time for it.
Otherwise I wouldn't know what's causing this. Does the same thing happen with other mods? Do you have other mods enabled that could conflict with this one?
It's definitely a lot more powerful now: you're basically guaranteed a very strong and big capital. Keep in mind though, that conquering Shurima's capital will grant you trice the regular amount of gold, making you a wanted target! (This property is not listed in the UA description since that would make it too cluttered. It is however noted in the building description.)
Thinking how it would work in lol maybe it could just give you a second attack in conquered citys or a damage bonus equal to half you capitals damage ?
