Vermin Supreme

Description
Adds Supreme America to the game, led by President Vermin Supreme.
This is my first public mod, so feedback is appreciated.

Leader: Vermin Supreme

Civilization: Supreme America

UA: Pony Based Economy: Get twice as many horses from improved resources, and an additional 2 gold from pastures.

UU: Pony-Monkey: Replaces the modern armor, is just as strong, costs less production and only requires 1 horse.

UB: Zombie Power Plant: Replaces the Hydro Plant, doesn't need a river, and gives 1 production per population. Requires 1 Aluminum.

I tested this mod on Gods and Kings, and doubt it will work without it. I might make a Vanilla compatible version later.

I've been wanting to update this and another mod for BNW but... laziness kicks in... every time.
