• Vampiric Aura=10,13,15,17
  
• Critical Strike=8,9,12,14
  
• Reincarnation= 6,11,16
  
• Stats= 2,4,18,19,20,21,22,23,24

These should be leveled up as shown above.
The reason for Vampiric Aura maxing last, is that you dont wanna push your lane too much. The lifesteal will help your creeps. Some early levels in stats will give you some damage, mana and HP.
