@iti.qovan,
Checking my game, I see that I gave it a "local" RICO config, and that if doesn't ship with one. Also, it's actually "French Flat #8"

is it RICO ploppable?

BonBonB really did drive home that I should rate content creators in one of his videos. I have been too lazy for years but I'll do it now. Thank you for making my cities so much prettier!

"The building has DecorativeBuilding AI ..."

I wonder if that might be the difference between the unique building "Church of Saint-Ambroise", which I can't access in-game, and this building and the "Monument a la Republique", also unique buildings, but both of which are available to me in-game.

Based on experience since the GC update, I expected to not have access to either the "Church of Saint-Ambroise" or the "Monument a la Republique" (and I didn't notice that this one is also a unique building, I took it to be residence)

"I recently noticed the game loads new assets turned off by default,"

I hadn't actively noticed that, but I've made it a habit after I subscribe to some new assets to go into Content Manager and enable all assets.

The problem with certain assets created since the GC update not being there in-game may be unique to me. The GC update locks up on my computer -- I spent many hours trying to solve that problem, and finally gave up. So, since I can't run that version, I'm using the pre-GC version (I had a backed up copy of the filesystem).

The building has DecorativeBuilding AI, it doesn't have any needs, doesn't make cims walk into it and doesn't make any sounds which is what I wanted. Giving it a different AI (like RICO) will remove those changes. As for the assets not showing up, I recently noticed the game loads new assets turned off by default, but I don't have a problem with them not loading into the game. I use my own church and it works just fine. It's not a mod so it can't conflict with anything.

This is interesting. I created RICO settings for this asset, and now I can click on it.

@Gèze,
Thanks for your response. So, the behavior I'm experiencing is expected?

Again, it's a beautiful asset.

Hmmm, that I can't click on the building after placing it may have something to do with it being a Unique Building created after the Green Cities update. I've noticed that, other than this one (*), while I can enable such assets in the Content Manager, they are not available to me in-game.

For instance, I also subscribed to the "Church of Saint-Ambroise" ... but I'll have to unsubscribe, since it isn't available to me in-game.

(*) Ah, the same is happening with the "Monument a la Republique"; I can place it, I can bulldoze it; but otherwise it behaves as though it were a Prop rather than a Unique Building.

@Ilion I know and it IS a narrow corner filler.
