Chaos Invasion Improved

This mod changes the Chaos invasion to function more like how it was in Total War: Warhammer 1. Nearly all aspects of this mod have been implemented by CA in patches over the last two years, so all that currently remains in the mod is:
  • Increase turn time required to launch the invasion, from 100/150 to 125/175 for each wave respectively;
  • Increase Imperium level required to launch the invasion (if before turn time) by one level.
As of patch 1.7.0, CA have also revamped the AI profiles, so Chaos factions attack anyone in their path and will no longer beeline towards the player faction. Hence, this fix is no longer included in the mod either.

It's unfortunate that you feel like you've wasted your time on that save game.

You might have another mod that interferes with this one, as I've just double-checked the script and it does what it's supposed to. Additionally, there are currently over 4,000 subscribers and I've not received any other feedback that the mod is not working.

Are you playing with SFO, Radious or any other overhaul mod?

IT DOES NOT WORK. How annoying to play a game until turn 100. Only to find that the full Horde still spawns on turn 100...... Good one. Thanks for wasting my time.

As i've set up a mod array for a much slower game, would it be possible to request a tweaked version of this mod where the first wave is at turn 200 and next at 300?
-the beastmen could start harassing at turn 100 maybe.

is there a way to seperate the chaos invasion forces, and not spawn Kholek and Sigvald and Archeon together. have each one spawn separately at a different place.
