Do you like the way the Thor Sprint hat flair looks, but can't find a matching color for it? This mod will change your colors to match that of the Thor Sprint Hat flair.

More than likely because this dye mod is probably one of the mods first released when the modding tools for hat in time came out, long forgotten in a corner of the hat in time workshop

Should be instantly unlocked. The Thor Hat itself is in the roulette.

How is this avalible? Is it in the roulet, Instantly unlocked or replaces something else?
